We here at Off Duty are very concerned with privacy. Please read and understand what information is seen by whom.
If you create an account and have guildie status, you are able to read and reply to the Members Only section. Nonmembers cannot read postings in the Members Only section. This includes Friends of Off Duty folks.
When setting up an account, please use your real birthdate and email address.
Who is the admin? The admin is Leftie, an in-game officer. To send in-forum mail, please use the name "admin" and not "Leftie." In game, use "Leftie" and not "admin."
The admin does not have access to your private messages (it's like your in-forum email). If you accidentally delete something, I can't help you. I can help with a lot of other issues, but recovering deleted messages is not one of them.

- Birthdate: The birthday (not the year) ends up on the calendar if you chose to "show age" (to change this, modify your profile). It seems that only guildies and FriendsOfOffDuty can see your birthday if you choose to have it shown. Non-members cannot access the calendar. The admin is the only one who sees your birthdate and not just your birthday.
- Email: The admin does have access to your email address even if you opt to keep it private. The only email you get is when you register, and that's from the hosting site. Unless you make your email public (your choice), no one else can see it. The admin does not send mail to anyone for any reason, period.
